I have found the patch, but the game has several layers of DRM.

game hangs up when clicking host but the music plays on, waited for abut 30 mins but still nothing

Firewall, maybe? The game as intricate DRM, I'm not sure if MP is fully cracked.

Hello now game version 4.21 is available (but very bugged probably another update coming soon). If have un-cracked version of 4.10 it used to be possible to make diff from clean-->crack and apply diff to next version do not know if still work I don't have clean 4.10 to try.

works ok exept of the hot seat mode ... if you set 2 or more Human players per game you wont get past turn 1

No, the game has very weird and heavy DRM, just like it's predecessor. I legit own Dom3 but after the DRM set in against me despite that and Illwinter being hard to contact about it I just gave up with it. The CD-key is the only blatant type, but there's several others that cause the game to crash or the UI to disappear, sometimes several years into a game.
