A sequel to Custom Maid 3D. The point of the game is to train your own made maid through specific activities (mostly H).
This release is complete pre-patched packaged, requiring no install. Instructions and notes are written below. Current package is 1.26.1 with all dlc included.

Sequel to the classic CM3D that got lots of people into H-games, now with much better graphics, customization, management, and game engine too.
The installation is easy, the game is pre-packaged fully in its virgin form, that is, without any custom patches or mods, but fully updated with official content. This way you can run the translation patch and mod to your heart's content and come back to the backup if you mess things up.
Since KISS continues do develop and release updates/dlcs, you will need to find any newer update/content since the release date of this torrent. Its worth noting too that the game utilities are in continued development, there is a translation but its extremely partial, so be patient...

== How to Install ==


  1. Either install some applocale or change your system locale to japanese
  2. Extract full game into directory of choice
  3. Edit registry file with the path of choice
  4. Execute registry file, your game is now installed
  5. Download the HongFire's patch from link below
  6. Run the HF patch (and choose options like uncesor and extras)
  7. Game is now ready to run and translated but still needs to be run with jap locale

Alright, the download is huge, and I'm very limited on bandwidth, but soon there will be other peers becoming seeds, so I ask for anyone who can, let it seed for longer, 2x, 4x, 6x ratio, please help out, cheers!

Can't install for some reason. Following the instructions and i get the error execution of command 'C:\KISS\CM3D2x86.exe/launch' failed. (error 2: the system cannot find the specified file.

I have app local. the registry is set to the default folder it comes in, which i unpacked everything to.
Ran the registry, ran the HF patch, can't run it with jap local.

Don't know what to do

So you did get the same location as that of the registry patch, and installed the HF patch?
You still do need some kinda of Japanese locale to get it working, either work it with NTLEA (read on the HF thread or wiki) or change your system locale to jap (which is both safer and easier)

I get a black screen with a fps counter and settings button after trying to start the game, after looking it up it seems alot of other people have the problem but I cant find a fix. :/
